Linux server web01.hosting.ca RAID failure.
There was an issue with the storage system on server web01.hosting.ca, which caused the server to stop responding to any web requests.

Approximately 7:35pm, the server was brought back online. A replacement disk will be installed this Friday approximately 9PM PST. This will ensure that the storage system will be redundant.

Softaculous Scripts in Linux packages!
Unfortunately the Easyapps package we were offering was depricated and no longer supported. In replacement of that, we’ve added the Softaculous software suite to our Linux packages. Access to 175 popular scripts at a click of a mouse. No need to install the application, create databases, users, and permissions. This automated system does it all for you.
Softaculous gives an update to us when a new version is out and ready for upgrade.
To access these scripts, go to your web services and Softaculous will be at the bottom. Click it to start installing applications.

Mail delay
Today from 6AM-9AM PST, the barracuda01 mail queue jumped to over 2000 mails which caused a delay in mail delivery. A forced push of mail was performed around 9:15AM PST and resumed normal operations by 9:45AM PST.
We have added a monitoring system to the queue so it will notify us if there are more than 50 mails in the inbound or outbound queue. This will avoid any problems within minutes of a large buildup. Those mainly affected were domains with only 1 MX record. If your domain was affeced, please contact us in adding the secondary MX record for you.
For those with DNS hosted elsewhere, please note that our secondary MX record is: barracuda02.hosting.ca.
